Greetings Fellow Republicans!
As the new Chairman of the Larimer County Republican Party I am excited to share our comprehensive Comeback Plan and update you on all your new board has been doing since our election on February 4th!
But first I want to thank Chairman Weinberg and the outgoing board for their service and the successes they brought us. While we didn’t have the big wins we worked for last November, we appreciate the foundation they have given us to build upon.
Our Comeback Plan includes:
- Unifying the party, rebuilding the grassroots infrastructure and recruiting and training new volunteers and leaders.
- Implementing a voter registration/education program, recruiting election judges and training poll watchers.
- Building relationships, creating new partnerships and collaboration opportunities in the community.
- Embracing the use of data and technology with targeted messaging to multiple demographics and groups.
- Broadening fundraising and developing strategic financial relationships.
- Providing robust candidate tools and support including new candidate development and mentorship.
To get started, your board is:
- Forming committees to focus on executing our strategy.
- Meeting with current central committee members to discuss how they can be more involved and recruiting new members to join us.
- Developing educational opportunities for LCRP members and the broader community.
- Developing fundraising strategies.
- Transitioning technology assets.
- Partnering with conservative organizations.
- Planning several events to increase engagement and have fun!
We are building a team – helping people find and use their gifts and passions. This task is bigger than any one person. Come and join us in rebuilding the Republican Party in Larimer County and getting Republicans elected!
